Claim your company
If your company was added as part of a fair’s exhibitor list, the real owner can claim it through a one-time link and take over the profile. Otherwise you simply create your profile yourself. Either way it is owner-initiated and still goes through admin approval before it is public.
Claim your company →What it is
Sometimes a company appears on Digibition because a fair organiser listed it among the fair’s exhibitors. That listing starts as an unclaimed placeholder — a shell set up so the fair’s line-up is complete, but not yet managed by anyone.
The real owner can claim that shell through a one-time link and take over the profile, then complete and manage it like any other company. This follows the familiar model of claiming a business listing, and it is always started by you — nothing is scraped and no account is created on your behalf. If your company has not been listed at a fair, there is nothing to claim: you create your profile from scratch in the dashboard.
In both paths the outcome is the same: once you own the profile and submit it, it is reviewed by an admin and only appears publicly after approval. Claiming never auto-publishes a profile.
How it works
- 1
Find or start your company
If your company was listed at a fair, you receive a one-time claim link; if not, create a new company in the dashboard yourself.
- 2
Claim via the one-time link
Open the link to take ownership of the unclaimed profile. It becomes yours to edit, so you can correct and complete every detail.
- 3
Complete the profile
Add or fix your logo, description, products, gallery and catalogues so the profile accurately represents your company.
- 4
Submit for approval
Send the profile for admin review. It appears publicly only after it is approved — claiming alone never makes it live.
Why it helps
- Take over a fair-created profile instead of starting over
- Always owner-initiated — nothing is scraped, no account is made for you
- Full control to correct and complete every detail
- Still verified: public only after admin approval
Frequently asked questions
- Why does my company already have a profile?
- If a fair organiser listed your company among the fair’s exhibitors, an unclaimed placeholder profile was created so the line-up is complete. You can claim it and take over.
- How do I claim it?
- Through a one-time claim link for that profile. Opening the link transfers ownership to you, and you can then edit and complete it.
- What if my company was not listed at a fair?
- Then there is nothing to claim — you simply create your profile from scratch in the dashboard and submit it for review.
- Does claiming make my profile public right away?
- No. After you claim and submit, the profile is reviewed by an admin and only becomes public once it is approved.
- Did you scrape my company’s data?
- No. Claiming is always initiated by you. Fair placeholders come from a fair’s exhibitor list, and no account is created on your behalf.
