Fair visitor tracking
Organizers get a visitor list for every fair, showing who registered for a ticket and who actually visited, together with the visitor’s company and ticket code. The list can be exported as CSV.
Organize a fair →What it is
When you run a fair on Digibition, each visitor registration and each visit is recorded against the event. From the fair’s visitor page you see a single table: who holds a ticket, who has actually visited, the company tied to each visitor, and their ticket code. This gives you a clear picture of both intended and real attendance without stitching data together by hand.
The view is available to the fair’s organizer and to platform admins, so the right people can follow turnout while the fair is live and after it closes. When you need the data elsewhere — for follow-up, reporting or your own CRM — you export the whole list as a CSV file and open it in any spreadsheet tool.
How it works
- 1
Open your fair’s visitor page
From the organizer panel, open the fair you are running and go to its visitors page.
- 2
Review registrations and visits
See each visitor in one table — ticket holder, whether they actually visited, their company and their ticket code.
- 3
Export the list as CSV
Download the full visitor list as a CSV file and open it in your spreadsheet tool for follow-up or reporting.
Why it helps
- See both who registered and who actually visited
- Each visitor shown with their company and ticket code
- One table per fair — no manual data stitching
- Export the full list as CSV for follow-up and reporting
